Remote Access

How to give technician access to your device:

  1. On the Support Menu drop down, select Splashtop SOS.
  2. Once the remote tool downloads, open it (SplashtopSOS...exe).  If it is not displayed in web browser in the lower left corner then it will be in your downloads folder.  
  3. Give the 9 Digit number to your IT Admin.   

Note:  This tool is used by technicians if no existing remote tool is installed on the device.  This support link is not monitored, if you download and open the support tool no one will assist you unless you are working with a technician.  Please submit a help desk ticket or call our office for assistance.
